Structural Racism, meaning biases that have been built into the institution's people rely on, is a pervasive issue in the US. Solving the problem can feel overwhelming so Community Grand Rounds is taking it on at a grassroots level in one count in Michigan, in the hopes that the successes can be replicated across the globe.

Big Teeth was tasked with taking this very weighty mission and creating a simple to understand introduction and explainer of the issue and what steps are being taken to solve it.
